Rules of Voting/How to Vote
1. You may only vote once, you cannot vote for yourself. All votes for yourself will be not counted and you can't vote again. (if DA is screwy and you post 2 votes, let me know in the 2nd note and your vote will be counted.)
2. Admin does not vote.
3. You can encourage your friends by posting on your DA journal, noting them, or however you'd like to do it, and let them vote for your deviation.
4. Non-members of PopoClub can vote also.
5. Send a Note with Icon of your artist's choice to ~PopoClub. Title that note "VOTE" DO NOT LEAVE A COMMENT WITH YOUR VOTE FOR ALL TO SEE! ALL VOTES ARE PRIVATE!
